About me

Originally from Long Island, NY, my family and I moved to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina in 2007 to be closer to family and of course for the beautiful year round weather and the friendly people! I love to be outside gardening and spending time at the beach or pool with my husband and son. I also enjoy photography, reading, animals (we have two dogs and of course a fish!) and spending time with my family. Prior to moving here I was a middle school special education teacher for 15 years before staying home to raise my son. I had always been interested in becoming a Realtor because I love working with people and it's exciting to be able to help them find the perfect home or sell their home. After moving here, my husband continued his career as an executive pastry chef and I decided to start a career in real estate. I have been loving it ever since! My background in teaching and psychology have given me many skills that are invaluable in the real estate profession. Being a good listener and really hearing what my clients are saying are skills that have been invaluable in my career as real estate agent.  It helps me to determine my clients' needs and wishes, and determine the best course of action for them.
